- For personal use of individual saw filers or retired saw
filers, Armstrong, Armstrong authorized Stocking Distributor/Service Centers and Simonds
Only. Sawmills, saw shops, and filers whose primary business is buying, selling or
providing services are invited to use only the "Items Wanted" and "Services
Wanted" sections.
- Items and services offered or solicited are limited to saw filer tools, filing room or
sawmill maintenance services, or Armstrong machines.
- We reserve the right to deny or terminate membership if we feel a person does not meet
our qualifications or they abuse privileges
- Your information MUST NOT be false, inaccurate or misleading.
- Items and/or services MUST NOT be stolen or counterfeit or otherwise false.
MEMBERSHIP, PASSWORD AND SECURITY:
- Once your information is received and reviewed, confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
Your items or services will then be posted on the listing.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and
are responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account.
SUBMITTING ITEMS/SERVICES:
- Include the text description, asking price, items condition, picture (if applicable) and
any other relevant information. Pictures can be e-mailed directly or uploaded.
- Include the length of time items or service should be listed. Seller is responsible for
notifying us to remove item or service from the listing if item or service is sold before
the time limit is up.
FEES AND SERVICES:
- This service is free
- We are not responsible for actual transaction between the buyer and the seller. We are
only a venue for selling items and services. All communication for items or services will
be done through the buyer and seller. If there is a dispute, we are not responsible for
any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind or nature, known or
unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any
way related to such disputes and / or our service.
The user understands and agrees that any information or
material and/or goods and services obtained through our service is done at the user’s
own discretion and risk and that user will be solely responsible for any damage resulting
from any transaction. |
