Mounting for Double-Faced Leveling Block For Band Saw Bench

 

Armstrong band and gang saw leveling blocks are made of solid steel, with the same hardness as cast iron, and producing the same effect on the saw. The steel blocks are absolutely free from blow holes, and are precision ground on both surfaces, providing the finest blocks on the market today. Steel trunions are furnished in each end of the block to facilitate turning.

leveling BLOCKS FOR CIRCULAR SAWS

Mild steel circular leveling blocks, made with the same high quality material as our band saw leveling blocks, are available for circular saws. Blocks are faced on both sides with handles for case of turning.

Sizes are available to fit saw diameter.

OTHER SIZES MADE UP TO SPECIAL ORDER

For double cut saws, blocks can be supplied with edges of one face notched out to handle saws as they wear narrower. 

GANG SAW leveling BLOCKS

leveling blocks for gang saws should be ordered to fit the size of the gang saw.

Length: 2" shorter than the length of the gang saw between tabs.
Width: Closest standard width comparing to the width of the saw (normally 6" or 8").
Thickness: 4" standard up to 4 ft. long; 5" over 4 ft. long.
